    • 4 chicken thighs
    • 2 tbsp mustard
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 garlic clove (minced)
    • Salt & black pepper

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    1. Make the Honey Mustard Marinade

    In a bowl, mix:

    • Mustard
    • Honey
    • Olive oil
    • Garlic
    • Salt & pepper

    2. Coat the Chicken
