    Easy Teriyaki Salmon Sheet Pan Recipe (Healthy, Flavorful & Ready in 25 Minutes!)

    Looking for a quick, colorful, and incredibly delicious dinner idea? This teriyaki salmon with roasted vegetables is the perfect solution! In just 20–25 minutes, you’ll have a nutritious, meal-prep-friendly dish that’s packed with flavor and perfect for busy weekdays.

     Ingredients

    • 4 salmon fillets (or your preferred fish)
    • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
    • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
    • 1 red onion, sliced
    • ¾ cup teriyaki sauce
    • ¼ cup soy sauce
    • 1–2 tbsp sesame seeds
    • Salt and black pepper, to taste

     Instructions

    1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    2. Prepare the vegetables: Chop the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces and slice the red onion.
    3. Assemble everything: Place the vegetables in a large baking dish or sheet pan.
    4. Add the salmon fillets on top of the vegetables.
    5. Season with salt and pepper.
    6. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the salmon and gently spread it to coat evenly.
    7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds for added texture and flavor.
    8. Drizzle the soy sauce over the vegetables and lightly toss them.
    9. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the salmon is tender and fully cooked.
    10. Serve hot with steamed white rice or your favorite side.
