    Enchiladas Verdes (Green Sauce Chicken Enchiladas)

    A vibrant Mexican classic made with tender shredded chicken, soft corn tortillas, and a tangy green sauce, all baked with melted cheese—fresh, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying.

     

     Ingredients (Serves 4)

    • 8 corn tortillas
    • 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
    • 300 g green sauce (tomatillo-based or cilantro sauce)
    • 100 g shredded cheese
    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • Sour cream (optional)
    • Oil

     Instructions
